New Mix Painted-Effect Tile Charcuterie Board – Top Grain Olive Wood

Inspired by the sun-bleached tiles of old Mediterranean courtyards, this thick top-grain olive wood board pairs the warmth of natural wood with a vibrant tile-pattern print. It’s the kind of piece that turns a simple cheese board into a little piece of Mediterranean-style home decor.

Made in the Bonnymia studio by Mia Anastasi Sammut.

The story

Every board starts with a single, solid piece of olive wood, chosen for the way its grain twists and swirls with the tree’s own tortuous growth, so no two boards ever look quite the same. Onto this natural canvas we apply our New Mix tile design, a painted-effect print inspired by the colourful geometric tiles found across the Mediterranean, from courtyard floors to old farmhouse kitchens. The result is a board that’s as much a conversation piece as it is a serving board for bread, cheese, antipasti and tapas.

Handmade, and proud of it

As with all handmade pieces, you may notice small natural variations in the wood grain or print placement from board to board. Rather than flaws, these are the fingerprints of a handmade process, and part of what makes your board genuinely one of a kind.
