Painting Hand Painted Mdina Charcuterie Bamboo Wood Board 45x 28cm
This charcuterie board celebrates Mdina, Malta’s ancient walled Silent City, hand-painted across its surface in fine detail. Shaped from bamboo and sealed beneath a glass-smooth, food-safe resin surface, it turns a generous serving board into a piece of island history for the table.

The story
Every Bonnymia board begins as sustainably grown bamboo, valued for its fine grain and natural strength. The Mdina scene on this piece is genuinely hand-painted, brushed onto the wood by hand to capture the fortified silhouette of the ancient city, then sealed beneath layers of clear, food-safe resin. The result is a glassy, tactile surface that is smooth to the touch yet tough enough for daily use, a piece of Mediterranean style home decor with a story in every brushstroke.

Handmade, and proud of it
Because each board is hand-painted and finished individually, you may notice small variations in brushwork, tone or detail from piece to piece. These are not flaws, but the fingerprint of genuine craftsmanship, and proof that no two Bonnymia pieces are ever quite the same.
