The story
Every Bonnymia board begins as sustainably grown bamboo, valued for its fine grain and natural strength. The Palermo Purple, Blue and Yellow pattern is recreated on its surface in a painted-effect finish, echoing the decorative tilework found across Mediterranean homes, then sealed beneath layers of clear, food-safe resin. The result is a glassy, tile-like surface that is smooth to the touch yet tough enough for daily use, a small tribute to Mediterranean style home decor brought into a functional piece for modern tables.
